Visitors to Greater Bank, within Lake Haven Centre, will soon see exciting changes underway! Greater Bank will be temporarily closing from 1:00pm on Thursday, 8 October 2026 as the branch undergoes a major refurbishment. The new-look branch is expected to reopen in early December 2026, delivering a modern and enhanced banking experience for customers.

While works are being completed, Greater Bank customers can continue to access face-to-face banking services from Greater Bank staff, within the Newcastle Permanent Lake Haven branch from Monday, 12 October 2026. Newcastle Permanent Lake Haven is conveniently located within Lake Haven Centre, just around the corner from Cotton On. The same friendly staff from Greater Bank will still be available to assist with everyday banking needs throughout the refurbishment period. 

Customers can also continue to bank online, through the Greater Bank Mobile App, or call the Customer Contact Centre on 13 13 86.
