If your drawers are overflowing and you feel like you can barely close your cupboards, then a spring wardrobe reset is just what you need!

Home and lifestyle content creator Elise (@elise.inspired), has shared some of her favourite ways to clear out and organise your wardrobe, reclaiming your space.

1.      Declutter with intention

First things first; pull out everything! You want to try and only have pieces in your wardrobe that fit, flatter and feel like you. So, go through each item and try it on or ask yourself: Have I worn this recently? Does it fit? Does it make me feel good? Really consider these questions and only keep clothes and items that satisfy all three.

2.      Invest in smart storage

Simple storage solutions and effective upgrades can make all the difference to the functionality and organisation of your wardrobe. Think:

·         Slim line and matching hangers for a cohesive and visually appealing look. TIP: pick up some children’s clothing hangers to hang pants on as they are less likely to slide to one side of the hanger.

·         Clear storage containers for folded knits, scarves, or seasonal items, keeping them visible and free from dust.

·         Shelf dividers for smaller accessories like bags and wallets and drawer dividers for socks and underwear.

·         Labelled bins for high shelves, ensuring you know exactly what’s inside without pulling everything down and creating a mess.

·         Jewellery trays to sort all your favourite pieces and make them easy to see and access.

·         Shoe racks or boxes to keep shoes together and off the floor.

3.      Style it to suit you

Now that everything is neatly hung and has a place, feel free to add some personality back to your space with simple decor pieces. This could be a ceramic statue, an inspiring book or even marble trays.
